When a user with an existing active individual subscription is added to a PRO Team, they will receive a refund based on Paddle's pro-rate policy, which covers the remainder of their individual subscription. After that, their individual subscription will be canceled.
However, please note that if you have a lifetime subscription or if you are from India and have an individual subscription, kindly create a support ticket from the top of the page or contact our customer support team by sending an email to contact@programiz.pro.
If the Organization's Programiz PRO Teams subscription ends or the user's license is revoked, the account becomes eligible again for a new individual subscription.
Individual payment for Programiz PRO is not allowed for users who are added to Programiz PRO Teams plan.
A user can either have an individual subscription or be a licensed member of Programiz PRO Teams, but not both at the same time.
