How do I enroll existing members to my team?

To add existing members to your team, an admin/super-admin does not need to perform any specific actions. Simply add their email address and send them an invitation email to join the team.

If an existing member doesn't have an active subscription, they can easily join your team.

However, if the existing member has an active subscription and joins your team through the invitation email, their individual subscription will be deactivated, and they will receive a pro-rata refund. Their access to Programiz PRO is now based on your team's license.

Please note, a user can either have an individual subscription or be a licensed member of Programiz PRO Teams, but not both at the same time. If any existing member wants to transfer their progress, we recommend that they contact our customer support team.
