What is the refund policy for Programiz PRO Teams?

Programiz PRO provides users to make a refund request to Programiz PRO within the first 7 days of the commencement of their selected initial subscription plan. To request a refund, you must send an email to: https://programiz.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals.

If users are outside the seven (7) calendar days refund window, they shall not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

Citizens of the European Union are entitled to a full refund during the first Fourteen (14) days following their subscription begins. The 14 days refund is only available during the first month.

Programiz PRO may, in its sole discretion, permanently deny you access to its Website and Services if you request a refund after the seven (7) calendar days window.
